Ownership

Renegade Incarnate, the game name, crown-and-sword mark, lore, characters, locations, classes, spells, skills, maps, site copy, artwork, game data, generated assets, code, and related materials are protected content unless a separate written license says otherwise.

Trademark

Renegade Incarnate™ and the Renegade Incarnate crown-and-sword mark are trademarks claimed by their owner.

Do not use the name or marks in a way that suggests ownership, endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, or an official release without written permission.

Allowed Use

A short practical boundary for players, fans, and contributors.

Basic Use Rules

No site content, game content, artwork, lore, maps, data files, generated assets, or code may be copied, redistributed, sold, sublicensed, hosted, scraped for republication, or used to train commercial models without written permission.
Personal gameplay, screenshots, commentary, streaming, and noncommercial fan discussion are allowed as long as they do not imply official status or redistribute substantial project assets.
The repository license is intentionally simple and restrictive for now. The project may adopt a permissive code license later, but that future change is not granted yet.
